When you create a profile in “Sosbutton” app, we may collect your personal information, such as the user first/last name, email address, mobile phone number, photo of the customer.

Location (geolocation) - we collect and use the unique user ID and the mobile device location on which “Sosbutton” app is installed using GPS in the background, WiFi or wireless triangulation in order to get the location of the mobile device to provide our Service. We collect mobile device location only if “Allarm mode” switched on. We only store the location data as long as it is reasonable to provide the Service, and then we will delete the location data related to your profile in “Sosbutton” app. The Company is able to maintain location data for a longer period of time in order to analyse cumulative trends and indicators. If you want to refuse location data collection, in the settings on the mobile device on which the app is installed, restrict the app access to the location data.

The Company may also save any messages you send to us.
